Grand Meadows’ “household” design brings residents together within a homelike setting. Our three assisted living Households -- each with 16 private suites -- are the perfect size encouraging togetherness and friendship. Each Household has its own specific focus of care for:
General Population Assisted Living and Dementia Specific Assisted Living.

Next Steps. No Surprises!
After providing a new tenant application and deposit of *$1,000 (which is applied to your first month of residency), our Director of Nursing will complete a pre-admittance assessment with you. The Care Assessment determines your personal needs and subsequent care plan.
Upon moving into Grand Meadows, you will pay an all-inclusive monthly fee that encompasses everything but the cost of your medications and toiletries. Our monthly assisted living fee will fall within a price range of $4,905 and $5,520.
